Twilight Princess Poe Locations & Guide
On your way to visit Zelda for the second time in the game shortly after completing Lakebed Temple you'll come across a man named Jovani. You kind of stumble into his house by accident while in Wolf Form and you get introduced to one of the main collectibles in the game - Poes.
Essentially Jovani was an extremely greedy man in his life and that got him turned to gold. In order to free him you have to capture a total of 60 Poes from all different areas around the game. This side quest is extremely important to do as it's how we get the Fourth Bottle.
Luckily though you won't have to collect all 60 Poes to get the bottle - just 20 gets you the bottle all 60 gets you a rather subpar reward of Infinite Rupees. The first poe you collect is in Jovani's room which is seen in the screenshot below.
For the rest of the Poes are spread out across all of Hyrule and ... much to the annoyance of the player can only be found at night. There are also usually two Poes per dungeon; not in the dungeons we've already completed but all future dungeons after you discover Poes. These Poes are found regardless of the time of day.
Below you'll find a guide detailing the location of all 60 Poes starting with the Eldin Province. If you need more details than what are provided on this page click on the link of any Poe to be taken to a page with much more information.
