How to create Blessed Sickle Hilt

The Blessed Sickle Hilt is one of three ingredients that are used in crafting the Mistletoe Cutting Sickle, an item which is part of the Earring of the Solstice Quest added into the game during Luclin. In order to make this item you'll need to collect a few items which are sold by vendors as well as do two subcombines for Blessed Dust of Tunare and Mistletoe Temper.

Once you have all of the required ingredients, combine them together in a Forge.
