Velious Tailoring Guide
Tailoring is a a great Tradeskill to level up if you're looking for a profession that lets you create all different types of bags. There's also a few combines for armor quests/other misc things over the expansions that you might find need you to raise your Tailoring Skill.
There are some recipes which have been redacted from the Velious Tailoring Guide. If you'd like more ideas/routes to raise Tailoring than what's shown here I recommend you browse my Classic EQ Tailoring Guide instead!

Save all the Woven Mandrake you make because the very next recipe uses it!

Reinforced Medicine Bag 21 - 68
Reinforced Medicine Bags are used to combine materials for the Alchemy Tradeskill, but they can also be used as just standard bags, better than the Backpacks you can buy off vendors. Reinforced Medicine Bags can hold 10 items and have a 10% weight reduction bonus. Also they can hold the up to the biggest item in the game (GIANT) items, which the Hand Made Backpacks cannot.

Save all Picnic Baskets that you make, as they are used in Baking to make Misty Thicket Picnics. If you're not leveling Baking as well then sell them to other players that do practice Baking.

Forest Green Silk Swatches are one of the best things to make to raise your Tailoring in Classic EQ and they're still worth doing in Kunark but start to decline in Velious and onwards. The Dark Green Dye is hands down the hardest part of this recipe to acquire as it'll have you picking up Evergreen Leaves in Gfay or Butcherblock.

Ceremonial Solstice Robe (252 Trivial)
If you plan to play on your server awhile, I recommend you save all of the Ceremonial Solstice Robes that you make because they're used in the Earring of the Solstice quest during the Luclin expansion. You may not be able to sell them now but you'll definitely be able to sell them during Luclin and for a few expansions after!

Arctic Wyvern Belt 190 - 252
The Arctic Wyvern Hides drop from Wyverns on Velious. The best place to farm them is Cobalt Scar which is also where you'll have a chance to farm Othmir Fur which can be used for the Othmir Fur Recipes - another great way to raise tailoring.

Black Pantherskin Belt (Trivial 252)
The Black Panther Skins that you need to make this item are farmed from the Panthers in Wakening Lands. Yew Leafs are foraged from Wakening Lands or gathered as ground spawns throughout the zone. Velium Boning is created with Velium Ore through a Smithing Recipe.

Haze Panther Belt (Trivial 252)
The Haze Panther Skins that you need to make this item are farmed from the Haze Panthers in Wakening Lands. Yew Leafs are foraged from Wakening Lands or gathered as ground spawns throughout the zone. Velium Boning is created with Velium Ore through a Smithing Recipe.

Tigeraptor Mask (Trivial 252)
Tigeraptor Hides can be farmed from the Tigeraptors that are found in Wakening Lands. This is the only location in the entire game that you can farm up these hides. Drake Egg Oil requires Drake Eggs which can be acquired a few different ways. Velium Studs are made with Velium Ore which you can only obtain by hunting some enemies on Velious.
