Farming Locations (91 - 105)

Many of these locations will have enemies 5 to 10 levels below you and can be kinda tough unless you have good gear (RoF gear or better), are gold/have auto granted AAs or you are boxing. You'll have to determine what you're capable of handling yourself from trial and error. If you find these locations to be too challenging try some of the ones mentioned in the previous portion of this guide.

Since this page covers such a large level spread I put the lowest level & easiest locations at the top of the page. As you scroll down the locations will become progressively harder. Those of you playing on regular servers, I recommend you do the Attuneable Gear locations, they'll be the best bang for your buck.

Kaesora Library (SoD) - This location can be pretty tough for players to handle 85 - 90 if they don't have that good of gear which is why I put it in this section. Once you break level 90 and get outfitted in the gear that drops in RoF you'll find this location a whole lot easier. The amount of Cultural Silk, Ore, Pelts & other tradeskill loot that drops here is insane.

**Regular Server Hotspot** Feerrott The Dream (HoT Attuneable Gear) - This zone is the same zone that Heroic Characters start out in which means that the gear farmed here will sometimes be well stocked in The Bazaar on your server.

**Regular Server Hotspot** House of Thule, Lower Floors (HoT Attuneable Gear) - The courtyard is the best camp in this zone but I would recommend that if you're looking for cash you avoid this camp since it's likely the items dropped here will be very will stocked on your server. All the other nameds in the zone is what you'll want to hunt.

Erudin Burning (HoT) - This location is split up into two different major areas. The front half of the zone has an NPC that gives tasks to defeat enemies nearby and is a great solo/duo easier area. The back half of this zone is jam packed with undead and named enemies and it'll be tough for anything but well geared or larger groups.

The Grounds (HoT) - This zone will give you EXP all the way until level 105, though it'll slow down a lot at level 100. In addition to the EXP, there's a lot of expansion specific tradeskill items that drop from this zone which makes it worth farming for people looking for EXP and loot.

Beasts' Domain (VoA) - Extremely large wide open zone with different hunting grounds all over the place. It's great for soloing/duoing, going from camp to camp to take out nameds or finding a specific named to camp.

**Regular Server Hotspot** Argath (VoA) - This is the only zone in the VoA expansion pack that drops Attuneable Gear. If you're playing on a regular server and looking for a way to make money, this usually isn't too bad. The enemies here also drop a TON of cultural materials which sell well in The Bazaar.

**Regular Server Hotspot** Valley of Lunanyn (VoA) - Much like Erudin Burning, a zone from the expansion before it, Valley of Lunanyn is split up into two parts, the top half of it is Tier 1 and the bottom half is Tier 2. Additionally the top half drops Attuneable Gear which will sell well on regular servers. The bottom half drops all NO DROP stuff.

**Regular Server Hotspot** Kael Drakkel (RoF) - The best camp in this zone is in the southern portion, Fjeka and Pakjol are the two nameds at this camp and they drop Attuneable Augs which you can sell for a lot on regular servers.

**Regular Server Hotspot** Shard's Landing (RoF) - Rain of Fear Tier 1 zones has some of the most Non-Prestige Attuneable Gear that drops in the game and thus is one of the best locations for players to farm on regular servers. Everyone, including Heroic Characters will need to purchase this gear in order to progress forward in levels.

Chelsith Reborn (RoF) - This location will mostly give you RoF tradeskill materials (Planar Energy Shards, Planar Goo, Tainted Feathers, Cultural Animal Pelts & Silk) which sell rather rapidly in The Bazaar or through Barters. You'll also be farming one named so you'll get a decent amount of Dreadmotes as well. This location is by no means 'fast' money, but it's decent long term money and extremely easy to handle.

**Regular Server Hotspot** Dead Hills Gribbles (CoTF) - The thing that makes this a hotspot for regular servers is because you can sell the Latent Etheric Gear that drops from the named enemies in the CoTF Heroic Adventures. Also, there's a chance you can find an expansion wide rare drop in this expansion which is an Attuneable item as strong as a raid item.

If you find some of these locations too difficult I highly recommend that you start boxing an extra character or two. There is no better way to increase how much plat you can make an hour than leveling up your own 6 box team and boxing current expansion locations.

With programs like Isboxer or Macroquest2 boxing is accessible to every player in the game and it'll allow you to do anything you want in the game without having to find a group or bug people for help. If you're interested in boxing, read my Boxing Guides to get started and have the entire process broken down for you bit by bit. (Note: Both of these programs are not allowed on True Box servers)

There's also more to farm than just plat in Everquest! The Omens of War expansion adds in permanent resist increases, Dragons of Norrath adds in a lot of passive permanent boosts and when Call of the Forsaken Hits, completing all of an expansions progression tasks will reward you with Hero's AAs. For more information about all of these permanent passive increases and how to obtain them head over to my Permanent Stat Boosts Guide.

Finally, the last thing worth mentioning is that there's also different clickies that you can get for your character that'll be forever useful. Overhaste clickies like Ancestral memories or the Circle of Power clickies. Even a Haste clicky for melee characters that don't box an Enchanter can be pretty nice. Head on over to my Useful Clickies Farming Guide for more information about what clickies you can farm and from where.
