Dulak's Harbor - Post Mercenary Leveling Guide

Dulaks Harbor Leveling Locations

Dulak's Harbor is a pretty congested zone and even if you can get a few pulls with single enemies - you should be prepared to handle adds while you're here. In the entrance area of the zone where you see my 35 - 42 marked on the map above you'll find quite a few single pulls.

The issue is though - they run when low on health (really fast too) and the pathing in this zone is really terrible. In some parts of the zone the enemies will take the most out of the way route to reach you which will usually result in agroing a friend or two.

Stormwave and Lady Dirulia (the two boats furthest south in the zone) is where you'll find the lowest level enemies. Also as you can see from the map above Stormwave even has a zone to Dead Hills if things get rough for you (though this zone may be one way and won't be open until CoTF).

As you start to level up and begin looking for tougher and tougher enemies you'll want to head northeast in the zone to the Windscorn and Oceancrasher boats. These two boats hold some of the highest level enemies in the zone and make great hunting locations for players 45 - 50.

If you decide to camp the boats I very strongly recommend you do NOT pull the enemies off the boats and onto dry land. The pathing is atrocious on the docks leading to the boats. Basically the enemies will run back and forth along the docks for a looong time before finally deciding to come to you.

The mobs in this zone will drop a decent amount of plat per kill but don't drop that much in terms of vendor trash. The enemies in this zone also drop Zraxthil weapons which seem like they would be worth something (since they have some stats) but they're basically worthless.

Additional Information

- Players can reach Dulak's Harbor by taking the PoP stone to Gunthak and running through the zone.

- If you're having trouble managing your Inventory Space I highly recommend you invest in some Extraplanar Trade Satchels which are 32 Slot Tradeskill Bags. Alternatively you could also buy Unexpanded Tailored Backpacks as well. Though, the Backpacks will likely be more expensive. Follow the links provided to learn more about each item.

- If you need more plat while leveling I strongly recommend you check out my How to make more plat while leveling by Bartering Guide. It'll give you a list of all the different items you should be keeping an eye out for to Barter/Sell!
