Western Plaguelands 58 - 59
Turn in both of your quests and grab the new ones. Also be sure to grab the Flame in the Bottle next to Executioner Derrington. When you're ready head east into Western Plaguelands. Head over to the Scarlet Camp(2) and right click the tent to burn it down. Then right click the Scourge Banner in your Inventory to plant it. Return to the Bulwark when you're done and turn in your quest. Grab the two quests that become available then head over and talk to Shadow Priestess Vandis. Accept her followup then head to Felstone Field(3).
Get near the cauldron to Trigger Cauldron Lord Bilemaw to spawn and loot his key. Open the Cauldron and refresh your quest then head into the building (Not the barn) and accept Jandice's Quest. Now head into the barn and right click the parcel on the ground. Afterwords head back to the Bulwark. Refresh your quest at the Bulwark then head to Undercity. Talk to Bauhaus In the center of UC and refresh your quest. Head under the staircase to the Cockroach Vendor... aka Jeremiah.
Refresh your quest at him then head back to Felstone Field. Talk to Jandice and refresh your quest. Kill the Jabbering Ghoul outside for the other half of the good luck charm. Right click the one he drops in your inventory to fix the charm then return to Jandice and turn the quest in. From here head east to Dalson's Tears(4). Once you reach Dalson's tears get close to the cauldron to trigger Cauldron Lord Malvinious to spawn. Kill him and loot his key then refresh your quest at the cauldron. Once you do that, head into the barn and read the diary.
After you read the Diary head behind the barn and kill the Wandering Skeleton. Loot its Dalson Outhouse key then open the outhouse and kill Farmer Palson. Take his key then head into the building. Open the Cabinet to complete your quest. Head back to the Bulwark and refresh your quest again. Next up, Writhering Haunt(5). Once you reach the field do the same thing as before, get near the cauldron and have Cauldron Lord Razarch Spawn. Kill him and take his key then refresh your quest at the cauldron. This time ignore the quest in the buildings since we're closeing in on 60.
Now head into Andorhal and go to each of the 4 Watch towers One(6), Two(7), Three(8) and Four(9). Light each one by positioning yourself in the corner of the doorway, so you can place the torch right next to the doorway, completly avoiding the elite. Once you do that return to the bulwark and Refresh your supply of quests. From here run up north to the Crusader Tower(10). Loot the chest On top of the tower for Mark of the Lightbringer. Once you have that head south to Gahrron's Withering(11). Kill Cauldron Lord Soulwrath when he spawns and loot his key. Fill your bottle and return to the Bulwark. Turn in both of your quests and accept "Defiling Uther's Tomb"(12).
From here head to Sorrow Hill (Bewary of Alliance). Once you're here and near his tomb equip the 
Corrupted Mark of the Lightbringer and when the cooldown is up right click it to use it. Once thats done return to the Bulwark and turn in your quest.
From the Bulwark head East through Western Plaguelands following the path and east through Eastern Plaguelands. Branch off the path at Corin's Crossing and head northeast.
