Tarren Mill 32 - 33
Upon landing in Tarren Mill(1), pick up the quests and head west to the yeti cave(2) to light 2 of the 3 flames for "Helcular's Revenge" The Flame of Azel is to the right in the top portion of the cave and the Flame of Veraz is at the bottom. Once you're out of the cave head northeast to the 3rd flame. Kill a lion on the way for a Fresh carcass. Once you reach the cave(3) In Alterac Mountains kill your way in and light the flame. Then med up and place the carcass on the fire to draw Frostmaw to you. Kill him and loot his mane.
From the cave head west to Dalaran(4). Kill Dalaran Workers and summoners for 10 tokens then head south to "Prison Break In"(5). Kegan Darkmar is in the large building, The other 3 undead that carry the stones are in the little Camp right next to the two-story building. Once you have the Wedge, Marble, Shard and Oval, head to the Southshore graveyard and plant the rod on Helculars grave(6). Beware of guards.
Return to Tarren mill and turn in your quests. Grab the new ones and complete "Soothing Turtle Bisque". The Soothing Spices is purchased right next to the inn. Return to Dalaran and kill 6 Dalaran Summoners and 12 Elemental Slaves for "Dalaran Patrols". Also make sure to loot 
4 Bracers of Earth binding from the rock elementals for "Bracers of Binding". When you're done here fly to undercity and turn in "To Steal From Thieves" and then hearth back to Crossroads. Fly to Thunderbluff and turn in Frostmaw.
