Quest #179 Pants Macabre - Wyrmtail

Quest Requirements: Use Pratfall to make a Cumulus Hex laugh then steal Grundies from him on the same turn

Quest Pre-Requirements: This is a DLC Quest

Reward: Rhapthorne Map; Wonder Pants when repeated

This quest is given to you by one of the skeletons in the Wyrmtail Cave which can only be reached by using the Starflight Express. If you look at the map you'll see this cave in south-central Wyrmtail on a raised plateau that you can't reach by foot.

If you're having trouble locating this location take a look at the screen shot below of where to land. Inside this cave there are actually three different side quests that you can pick up, Side Quest #153, Side Quest #177 and Side Quest #179.

For this quest you will need to go into a mid - high level nature Grotto to find the Cumulus Hex enemies (screenshot below). These enemies can spawn on the deep floors of mid level Grottos, I found them on floor 15 in one... However they're much more common in higher level Grottos.

Don't get this enemy confused for the Cumulus Rex enemies which are MUCH more common throughout the Grottos. Cumulus Rex's are the yellow version of this enemy which don't count for the quest. Basically what I did for this quest was have two characters in my group that I knew attacked first use Pratfall then I followed it up with Half-Inch on my two characters who attacked last. This gave me 2x the chance of making the enemy laugh per combat round and 2x chance to steal the item.
