Super Nuts: Heals 40 HP to both brothers.

Ultra Nuts: Heals 100 HP to both brothers.

Max Nuts: Fully heals both brothers' HP.

Syrup: Heals 20 BP to one brother.

Super Syrup: Heals 40 BP to one brother.

Ultra Syrup: Heals 100 BP to one brother.

Max Syrup: Fully restores one brother's BP.

1-Up Mushroom: To be used on a KO'ed brother. Revives him with 50% HP. Only used in battle.

Golden Mushroom: Fully restores a brother's HP and BP.

Refreshing Herb: Cures a brother of ailments. Only used in battle.

Red Pepper: Boosts a brother's Power by 50%, but also boosts his weight, affecting his jumps.

Green Pepper: Boosts a brother's Defense by 50%, but also lessens his weight, affecting his jumps.

Woohoo Blend: Boosts a brother's Max HP by 4. Obtained at the Starbeans Cafe for 25 Woo Beans.

Hoohoo Blend: Boosts a brother's Max BP by 4. Obtained at the Starbeans Cafe for 25 Hoo Beans.

Chuckle Blend: Boosts a brother's Speed by 4. Obtained at the Starbeans Cafe for 25 Chuckle Beans.

Teehee Blend: Boosts a brother's 'Stache by 4. Obtained at the Starbeans Cafe for 25 Hee Beans.

Hoolumbian: Boosts a brother's Power by 4. Obtained at the Starbeans Cafe for 15 Woo Beans and 10 Hoo Beans.

Chuckoccino: Boosts a brother's Defense by 4. Obtained at the Starbeans Cafe for 15 Woo Beans and 10 Chuckle Beans.

Teeheespresso: Boosts a brother's stat at random by 6. Obtained at the Starbeans Cafe for 15 Woo Beans and 10 Hee Beans.

Greed Wallet: Doubles the Coins you receive from battle.

Bonus Ring: Doubles EXP. earned in battle, provided you take no damage.

Excite Spring: By holding the Jump button, the wielder floats on the defense in battle.

Great Force: Doubles the damage you both deal out and take in.

Power Grip: Assures you never drop the hammerhead on the defense in battle.

Cobalt Necktie: Effectively doubles your 'Stache.

GameBoy Horror SP: You're assured to get rare items from battles.
