You can farm this item from Cliknar enemies located in Underquarry, a zone found in the southeastern portion of Brell's Rest.

The Cliknar enemies are found in the southeastern portion of the Underquarry. Once in the zone you'll need to run south and then travel east in order to get to them; use the map below for more guidance on where to go.
