Fantastic Animal Pelt Tradeskill Recipes for 300 - 350
Fantastic Animal Pelts are one of the highest level Cultural Pelts in the game and they began dropping during the House of Thule expansion pack. These Cultural Tradeskill materials have a rather low chance (about 5 - 10%) of dropping off many humanoid/undead enemies in HoT or later zones.
Those of you out there looking to farm Fantastic Animal Pelts can do so in a couple different places. A few of the easiest zones for you to collect these pelts would be Feerrott: The Dream, Erudin Burning and The Library. If you're capable of handling enemies 95 - 100 you can farm some other locations too like Shard's Landing, Grelleth's Palace and Chelsith Reborn.
