How to get Scourge - Elder Scrolls: Morrowind

Scourge is an Artifact weapon which can be obtained from a locked chest in the same room as Divayth Fyr in Tel Fyr. You'll have to visit Divayth during the main quest Corprus Cure and despite this item being in a locked chest right in front of him there will be no penalty for taking it. It also doesn't count as a stolen item.

To get to Tel Fyr you'll want to first travel to Sadrith Mora, a town on the east of the map located on a string of islands. From Sadrith Mora travel southwest until you find Tel Fyr, use my map below if you need help locating it. Once you're in Tel Fyr you'll want to head up to the Hall of Fyr where you'll be able to Levitate up through a hole in the ceiling, this is where you'll find Divayth as well as the Scourge Artfiact and the Cuirass of Saviour's Hide Artifact.
