Eternal Water Farming Locations
Eternal & Crystallized Water are one of many of the new essences that was added in WoTLK. Eternal Water, most commonly used in Tradeskills and can be farmed from quite a few different locations on Northrend. The best area to farm for Eternal Water is in Storm Peaks. Another good alternative for Eternal Water is Borean Tundra and Wintergrasp. There are other locations but these two stand out the most. Below is a list of each of these locations and a little bit about them.
Eternal Water In Storm Peaks

This is a good place to farm the Crystallized Water in Storm Peaks. The location of the cave is just south of the center of Storm Peaks where you can find all the Rhinos (Engine of the Makers). If you look at your map it is right about the "B" in Brunnhildar Village. Usually within 1 full clear of the cave I end up with 7 to 10 Crystallized Water. Sometimes I get lucky and get a few greens and even 20 Crystallized Water.
Eternal Water & Fire Farming In Borean Tundra

One of the most commonly known locations to farm for Eternal Water is Borean Tundra. This is a great farming location if you need both Water and Fire Eternals. However since they so well known they are usually camped out the rear. Also since the elementals are lower in level, the drop rate on them is a bit lower then average. However at the rate you will be killing them, that is of little concern.
Eternal Water in Dragonblight

Another good location for Eternal Water is in Dragonblight. This location is the frozen lake just east of Wyrmrest Temple. The mobs here have a shockingly good drop rate on the Crystallized Water, even though they're in their low 70's. You'll be able to plow through these mobs quite easily and they have an amazingly fast respawn time.
Eternal Water, Air and Earth in Sholazar Basin

This is a great place to farm for Crystallized Water, Earth and Air in Sholazar Basin. You can find the elementals on the cliff surface over looking the western side of the zone. The thing that makes this area so good is the pure variation of different types of Crystallized Elements you can get here. Also, usually no one is here unless they're doing the FrenzyHeart/Oracles faction dailies. This means you will have a rather pleasent farming experience.
Eternal Water in Wintergrasp

Wintergrasp is the final location for you to farm for Eternal Water. Here you will find tons of Elementals to farm all along the streams and lakes of Wintergrasp. Also when your faction controls Wintergrasp you will be able to see the Revenants here, which have a 100% chance to drop Crystallized Water. The only downside about farming in Wintergrasp is you'll usually always be in the water.
This means you'll be moving at a much slower rate. Aside from that being somewhat frustrating, you're also getting less done.
