How to reach Plane of Innovation

Players can reach Plane of Innovation through the large tower on the beach in Plane of Tranquility. Inside the tower on both sides of the large central column you'll find two gears. One side will have one rotating gear and another gear that's frozen in place, which is shown in the picture above.

You'll want to click on the gear that is not rotating to enter the Plane of Innovation. PoI is another one of the few PoP zones that you can enter at level 46 with no previous PoP flagging. If you're still having trouble finding this location I would recommend you use my map below for some extra guidance.
