List of the best Cast on Use Enchants - Elder Scrolls: Morrowind

On this page you will find a list of all the best 'Cast on Use' Enchants that I have found in Morrowind. I've only included items that can be found in game for this list - any custom made Enchants can be found on my list of the best custom enchants page. If you'd like to know my methodology for making this list, I went through every single item on UESP and I wrote down everything I deemed 'good'.

Amulet of Flesh Made Whole

Amulet of Flesh Made Whole

This is a very powerful and easy to get amulet early in the game. If you're playing a class that isn't going to be using any magic you'll definitely want to go out of your way to get this amulet. With this amulet you have an all-in-one heal, cure disease and restore attributes.

Amulet of Shadows

Amulet of Shadows

Amulet of Shadows is another must have for any class that doesn't plan on using spells. Chameleon works a lot like a combination of invisibility and sneak, with 80% Chameleon you have an 80% chance (roughly) of not being seen by enemies. With Chameleon you're also able to interact with objects and perform actions, much like with sneak.

Ring of Khajiit

Ring of Khajiit

Ring of the Khajiit is another useful clicky item that you can easily get early in the game. This one grants you Invisibility and is useful for any quests where you can't be seen but also don't have to interact with any locked doors/objects or anything else.

Ring of Regeneration

Ring of Regeneration

The Ring of Regeneration is a great early game ring for you to get your hands on. Inbetween battles you can switch to this ring and cast the long duration HoT spell to pretty much completely heal yourself. It'll take you at least 10 - 15 levels to get more health than this ring heals for making this item basically a full heal until levels 15 - 20.

Vampiric Ring

Vampiric Ring Tooltip

Vampiric Ring is one of the best Cast on Use items in the game - especially if you're an enchanter. With max Enchant you can use this ring a total of 300 times before you have to recharge it... Which means you can spam this item on any enemy in the game that doesn't have spell reflect and kill them.

Eleidon's Ward

Eleidons Ward in Morrowind

Eleidon's Ward is the best Heavy Armor shield in the entire game. It has the highest Armor Rating of any shield and it comes with an amazing clicky which will heal you for 50 - 100pts instantly. If you're playing a Heavy Armor user I strongly recommend you get this item ASAP.

Boots of the Apostle

Boots of the Apostle in Morrowind

Boots of the Apostle are the best pair of Light Armor boots in the entire game thanks to their insanely high Armor Rating. These boots also come with a must have clicky for anyone who doesn't plan on using magic. I recommend you get this item around levels 15 - 20 on a Light Armor character, the enemies found in this dungeon can be quite challenging so you don't want to rush in there at a low level.
