Un'goro Crater 53 - 54
At the bottom of the "Off Ramp" going down to Un'goro is Torwa Pathfinder(1). Accept his quests then head over to the raptors. Kill them for White Ravasaur Claws. While you're killing them grab the Power Crystals. You need 7 of each of the 4 colors. While killing raptors make your way to A Wrecked Raft(2). In front of the raft in the water is a small pack. Accept the quest "It's a secret to everybody". Also while killing the raptors you're bound to recieve A Mangled Journal. Right click it and accept the quest. Next up head to the Fresh Threshadon Carcass(3).
Loot it for a peice of meat. Return to Torwa and refresh your quest. Now head northwest and step on any of the purple raptor eggs that you see. A raptor will come running out nammed Lar'korwi mate. Kill her and loot the 
Pheromone Gland. Do this twice, then return to Torwa. Next up, head north to Fungal Rock(4). Here you have to kill Gorillas for 
2 Gorilla Pelts, 
2 Stomper Pelts and 
2 Thunderer Pelts. Once you're done head back down towards Torwa but making a pit stop at the Eastern Pylon/Graveyard(5) to summon and kill Lar'korwi. Once you're done head back to Torwa and turn both quests in.
Accept the last quest Torwa gives and head north to Marshal's Refuge(6) (Make sure you get all 7 of each color crystal on your way to marshals). At Marshal's Refuge accept all of the quests (Dont forget the one from way back in the cave). Turn in the two you have and grab the flightpath. Then south out of town and kill the elementals around the tar pits for "Super Sticky". When you're done head east back to the Gorillas. Enter the cave and turn in "Chasing A-Me 01". Also if you where able to buy a 
Mithril Casing turn that in as well. Ignore the followup. From here head to the very back of the cave and kill U'cha.
Once he's dead head out of the cave and to the North Pylon(7). Interact with it and kill all the Pterrordax's behind it. From here head south to the 
Crate of Foodstuffs(8) kill Bloodpetal Lashers, Flayers and Threshers on the way. Once you have the Foodstuffs head to the Eastern Pylon(5) and discover it. Once you've done that return to Torwa and turn in your quest. From Torwa head west to the Silithering Scar(9). Enter the large Hole and its the first room on the left. Fill the Vial in the center of the room then head out and continue west killing Diemetradons and Pterrordax's on the way to the 
Research Equipment(10). Once you have the Research Equipment head to the Western Pylon(11).
Once you're here examine it and kill the Frenzied Peterrordax around the pylon. Once you finish the two quests you have for them or run out of them to kill head northeast to Krakle(12). Accept "Finding the Source" From here head over to Fire plume ridge. The hotspot(13) is at the very top of the volcano right next to the lava. As for Ringo, hes in the cave on Fire plume ridge. Turn in your quest and ignore the followup. Kill the fire elementals on and around the volcano until you have 
9 Un'goro Ash. Then return to Krakle and turn in your quest.
Now finish up any quest you havent already finished. Just look at the map for the Abundance of mob areas. When you're done head Northwest into Silithus(14). Follow the path to Cenarion Hold, Grab the flight path and fly back to Un'goro. Turn in all of your quests and hearth back to XR when you're done. From XR fly to Ratchet and turn in your quest. Then fly to Splintertree post and head north into Felwood.
