Netherstorm 67 - 70
Once you enter Netherstorm grab the quest on the bridge then continue along the path to Area 52(1). Turn in your quest once in town and grab the flight path and all of the quests. Also set your hearth here, once you're done head north to Bot-Specialist Alley(2). Grab her quest then head further north to (3). Attack to the Phase Hunter until it says "The phase hunter is very weak". Then use the Battery Recharging Blaster on it to drain it.
Then kill it to update your quest. Repeat this 9 times then return to Alley and turn in your quest. Then accept Maxx A. Million MK. V's escort and protect him while you collect Etherlithium Matrix Crystals. Once you complete the escort collect any remaining Crystals you need then head back to Area 52 and refresh your supply of quests. From area 52 head south to (4) and kill Shaleskin Flayers for 5 Shales, and Mana wraiths for 7 Essence.
When you're done head east to the Arklon Ruins(5). Here you have to use the Ultra Decansoladation Zapper on the Hyper Rotational Dig-A-Matic (41,71), Servo-Pneumatic Dredging Claw (41,71), Multi-Spectrum Terrain Analyzer(40,72) and the Big Wagon full of Explosives(42,72). You also need to use the Conjuring Powder in the Center of the ruins near the torch to summon Ekkorash the Inquisitor. Kill her and loot Archmage Vargoth's Staff.
Finally you have to kill Pentatharon who is at the eastern section of the ruins for the Arklon Crystal Artifact. When you're done return to town and refresh your quests. Then head Northeast of town to the Camp of Boom(6). Use Boom's Doom on Boom about 5 times to kill him, you'll have run towards him in order to use it. Just dodge the mechanical things and keep moving so you dont get hit by his dynamite.
When you're done return to town and turn in your quest. Then head north to the Ruins of Enkaat(Where you escorted Maxx A. Million). Kill the Draenei here for 4 Flawless Crystal Shards. Once you got all 4 return to town and refresh your quest. Now use Archmage Vargoth's Staff to summon an image of him and refresh your quest at his image. Now head southeast to The Heap(7), here you need to kill Zaxxis Ethereal for 10 Zaxxis Insignias and collect 10 Ethereal Technology. The Ethereal Technology is scattered across the ground.
When you're done here head west to N.D. Meancamp(8) and accept his quest. Now head a tad south to the Fel Reaver and use your Fel Zapper on it to make it attackable. Quickly burn it down before you get overwhelmed by the Ethereal. Once the felreavers destroyed loot it and turn in your quest. Now head further east to The Crumbling Waste(9). Here you need to use the Elemental Power Extractor on 5 Elementals and kill them. When they die you'll see a little blue crystal appear above there bodies. Loot this to update your quest.
When you're done head north to Manaforge B'naar(10). Here you need to kill 8 Magisters and 8 Bloodwarders. You also need to kill a Arcane Annihilator for an Annihilator Servo. When both quests are done return to town and refresh your supply of quests. Return to The Heap, but this time to kill Warp-Raider Nesaad(11). When you kill him return to Manaforge B'naar. This time you have to go to each pipeline and use the Warp Attuned Orb to measure it.
Here are the pipeline locations Northern Pipeline(25,60), Eastern Pipeline(28,71), Southern Pipeline(20,71), Western Pipeline(20,67). Once all 4 are measured head into Manaforge B'naar and refresh your quest at the "?". Afterwords return to town and refresh your quest. Now head back to the Manaforge and head inside. This time you need to kill Overseer Theredis for the B'naar acess Crystal. Once you have that head over to the Control Console and begin the emergency shutdown. Protect it for 2 minutes then return to town and refresh your supply of quests.
From town head southeast to (12) and kill 5 Nether Rays for 5 Stingers. When you're done head to Netherock's(13) pathing and kill him...(If you're able to solo an elite, this guys tough but super easy to kite). Once he's dead or ignored head southeast to Manaforge Coruu(14). Around back of Manaforge Coruu is Spellbinder Maryana(15) kill her for the Signal of Krasus. Use Archmage Vargoth's staff and refresh your quest at his image.
Now head inside Manaforge Coruu and kill Overseer Seylenna for the Coruu access crystal. Use the crystal on the Control console and protect it for 2 minutes(Just like B'naar). Once thats done finish off the 5 Researchers and 8 Arcanists you have to kill. Once you're done here head east ot Kirin'Var Village(16). Grab all of the quests then head west a bit and kill 10 Mana Seekers, and 10 Mageslayers. Also collect the Mana Bomb Fragment.
When you're done these 2 quests return to the NPC's and refresh your quest. Then head south and kill Abjurist Belmara, 20 Severed Spirits, Battle-Mage Dathric, Cohlien Frostweaver and Conjurer Luminrath. You also need to collect Krasus's Compedium Chapter 1(58,89), Chapter 2(57,89) and Chapter 3(58,88). And finally a Smithing Hammer from the Kirin'Var Apprentices to the east.
The only nammed mob you're not garunteed to run into is Battle-Mage Dathric he sits in the hut at (60,87). The others wonder around at certain areas through Kirin'var. Once you're done all of this head back to Wizard Row(Where you killed the Mana Seekers and Mage Slayers) and place Abjurist Belmara's Tome on her Bookshelf(55,86). Place Conjurer Luminrath's Mantle in his Dresser(56,87). Place Cohlien's Cap in his footlocker(55,87), and Dathric's Blade on his weaponrack(56,86). Once you're done that return to the NPC's and refresh your quests.
Use Archmage Vargoth's Staff and refresh your quest, which will cause another one to pop up at the NPC's in Kirin'var. From the NPC's head east back to where you got the Smithing Hammer and kill Rhonsus. Once he's Dead head to Battle-Mage Dathric and kill him again for the Annals of Kirin'var. Once you do this head north to Bessy(59,78). Refresh your quest then protect her as she walks back to town.
Once you're back in town refresh your quest then head north to the Necromantic Focus(17). Refresh your quest at it and start killing the Tormented Souls and Citizens for 10 Loathsome Remnants. Once you have all 10 return to town and refresh your quest. Then head to the Suspicious Outhouse at (59,80), Grab Naberius's Phylactery from it and return to Custodian Dieworth to refresh your quest. If you're able to solo a weak elite head to over to the Chapel at (62,78) and kill him. (He's super easy for any ranged class, just run behind a wall when his frostbolt is almost done casting, then run back into site so he doesnt come rushing at you).
Once he's dead head west to Sunfury Hold(18). Here you have to kill 10 Archers, Spellreaver Marathelle and destroy 4 Ballista's and 4 Tents. In order to destroy a tent you have to kill a Flamekeeper for a Flaming Torch then use that on a Tent or Ballista. When you're done use Archmage Vargoth's Staff and refresh your quest. Then head back to Manaforge Coruu and collect 10 Energy Isolation cubes. They litter the ground around here. Once you have all 10 return to NPC's at Kirin'var and refresh your quests.
Now head to the Eastern Rune(59,85), the Northern Rune(57,82), and the Western Rune(54,80). Use the Rune Activation Device on each of them then return to Morran and turn in your quest. From here head to Cosmowrench(19) and grab the quest, once you have the quest head north to (20). Summon Zeppit and kill 8 Warp Chasers, allow Zeppit to collect to blood from each of them then return to Cosmowrench and turn in the quest. Grab the Flightpath if you havent already and fly to Area 52. In area 52 refresh your supply of quests then fly back to Cosmowrench and head to Manaforge Duro(21).
Here you need to kill Summoner Kanthin for the Stone of Glacius, Sunfury Conjurers for the Arcane Briefings, Sunfury Bowman for the Sunfury Military Briefings and Master Daellis Dawnstrike(22). Once you're done that head inside Manaforge Duro and kill Overseer Anthanel for the Duro Access Crystal. Use the Crystal on the Control console then protect it for 2 minutes. Once it shuts down hearth back to Area 52 and refresh your supply of quests.
Use Archmage Vargoth's Staff and refresh your quest, then head back to Kirin'var village and turn in your quest. Head into the tower and kill Ar'kelos, Once he's dead head to the top of the tower and turn in your quest to Archmage Vargoth. From here head to the Eco-dome Midrealm(23), Refresh your supply of quests then head out of the Eco-dome to (24). Here you need to kill 5 Doomsmiths, 15 Engineers and collect 10 Felreaver parts.
When you're done head south to Drijya(25). Turn in your quest and accept the followup, follow him and protect him until completion. You may not be able to complete this escort due to its difficulty but its worth a shot, you never know you could get lucky. When you're done head back to Eco-dome Midrealm and refresh your quest. Now head back to where you killed the Doomsmiths and Engineers and this time kill Doomclaw(26).
Loot his hand and return to the small camp-town-thing to refresh your quest. Now inside of this Eco-dome you need to kill Lynx's for 10 Ripfang Lynx Pelts, Collect 15 Ivory Bells and grab the Diagnostic Results from the Diagnostic Console(27) just northeast of the small camp-town-thing. When you're done all 3 quests return to town and refresh them. Now head to the lake just Northwest of the town and kill 8 Barbscale Crocolisks.
When you're done return to the town and refresh your quest. Now head back to Manaforge Duro and collect 10 Boxes of Surveying Equipment. When you're done return to the town in the Eco-dome and refresh your quest. Now head northwest to the next Eco-dome and follow the path until you see a Large Elevator on the right. Grab the quest at the bottom of it from Aurine(28). Use the Energy Feild Modulator she gives you on 10 Farahlon Lashers that wonder the Eco-dome.
When you're done return to Aurine and refresh your quest. Now head north to (29) and bring any Talbuks in the area to 20%, then use the Talbuk Tagger on them to update your quest. Do this 12 times then return to Aurine and refresh your quest. Now head back to the lake where you just were and jump in. Kill Markaru(30) and loot the Hulking Hydra Heart. Now head back to the Elevator, turn your quest in and ride it up. Now that you're in stormspire refresh your supply of quests and grab the Flightpath.
From Stormspire fly to Area 52 and refresh your quest. Now head east out of town to Doctor Vomisa Ph.T(31). Refresh your quest (This will only be soloable if you're a healer due to a recent change.) and summon the Scrap Reaver. Spam his abilities and spam heal him while he takes on Negatron. Once Negatron is dead refresh your quest and head back to Area 52. Turn in your quest and then fly back to Stormspire.
From Stormspire head to (32) and use your Diagnostic Device. Once you have the results head northeast to the Ruins of Farahlon(33). Here you have to kill 10 Hounds of Culuthas, 5 Eyes of Culuthas and place the Survey Marker One(34), Two(35) and Three(36). When you're done head west to Forge Base: Oblivion. Here you need to kill Gan'arg Mekgineers for 5 Condensed Nether Gas. Once you have all 5 turn in your quest to an Inactive Fel reaver to destroy it.
Once thats done head back to Stormspire and refresh your supply of quests. Now head north to Forge Base: Gehenna. Here you need to kill 12 Wraithbringers. When all 12 are dead head Northeast to Eco-Dome Farfeild and refresh your quest at Tashar(37). Now head north and kill 12 Scythetooth Raptors and collect 10 Dome Generator Segments. When you're done return to Tashar and refresh your quest. (He'll walk around a bit, just wait it out and the new quest will pop up for you).
Now head south to (38). If you're able to solo elites kill the Farahlon Breakers for 4 Raw Farahlite. Once you're done head southwest to Tuluman's Landing(39). Refresh your quest supply then continue to Manaforge Ara(40). Here you need to kill 15 Sunfury Nethermancers and 3 Daughters of Destiny. All of these are on the outside, once they're all dead head inside the mine(41). Inside the mine you need to kill 6 Gan'arg Warp-Tinkers, 3 Mo'arg Warp Masters and refresh your quest at Foreman Sundown.
Once you refresh your quest start heading back to Overmaster Grindgarr, he's in the back of the cave. Once he's dead and the 6 Tinkers and 3 Warp Masters head back to Tuluman's Landing and refresh your quest. Hearth to Area 52 and turn in your quest, then fly to Stormspire and refresh your supply of quests. Now head to Forge Base: Gehenna. Here you need to use the Mental Interferance Rod on the Cyber-Rage Forgelords. Once you have one under control you need to use the Detonate Teleporter ability on the Western Teleporter(42), Central Teleporter(43) and Eastern Teleporter(44).
Once all 3 are destroyed head southeast to Protectorate Watch Post(45). Accept all of the quests then head east to Triangulation Point One(46). Once you arrive use the Triangulation Device and head to the red pointing arrow at the ground to complete the quest. Once you finish head to (47) and kill Unstable Voidwraiths and Voidwraiths for 8 Fragments of Dimensius. Once you have all 8 Drink Navuud's Concoction and attack the Seeping Sludge to spawn globules. Kill the globules for your quest. Once all 30 are dead head south to Agent Araxes(48).
Grab his quest then head to the cave to the east. Here you need to use the Protectorate Igniter on 12 Withered Corpses and kill your way back to Ya-six and the Teleporter Power Pack. Once you reach Ya-six grab the Teleporter Power Pack and accept his quest. Now head to the far northern part of the mine and kill Arconsus The Insatiable. Once he's dead head out of the mine and over to Agent Araxes. Turn in your quest then head around the Manaforge back to Protectorate Watch Post.
Refresh your supply of quests then talk to the Nether Drake thats grounded and tell him you're ready to fly. When you're airborne spam right click on your Phase Disruptor to Nuke the Manaforge. When you land turn in your quest then head over to Warden Icoshock(49) and kill him. Once you have the Warden's key head a tad south of where you killed Icoshock to Captain Tyralius's Prison(50). Use the key on the prison to free him.
Once he's free head a tad north and drink Navuud's Concoction. Attack the Void Wastes to spawn globule's. Kill them until you're done your quest then return to the Post and turn in both of your quests. Now head east to (51) and right click the Teleporter Pad to summon Wind Trader Marid's Image. Refresh your quest and kill the Netherdrakes in the area for 8 Nether Dragon Essence's. Once you have all 8 head to the Teleporter Pad, and right behind it you'll see a Shrouded Figure. Refresh your quest at it then head north to Tyri(52).
Refresh your quest and then collect 15 Netherdragon Eggs. They litter the ground around here. Once you have all 15 return to Tyri and refresh your quest again. Now head back to the Post and tell Wind Trader Marid you're willing to work with him. Follow him out of town until he's attackable then kill him. Now return to Tyri and turn in your quest. If you're able to solo an elite accept the followup then head south to the bones at (72,43). Use the Challenge of the Blue Flight to summon him and kill him.
Once he's dead return to Tyri and turn in your quest. Now hearth back to Area 52 and fly to Stormspire. Turn in your quest then head back to the Island with Manaforge Ara on it. Use the Triangulation Device on the island and head to the location it points to (53). Once you complete the quest return to Tuluman's Landing and refresh your quest. Accept the followup "Full Triangle" if you're able to solo an elite. If you're a good kiter this will give you roughly 24k xp.
Head into the Ruins of Farahlon and attack Culuthas. The best method I've found is drag him along the path towards Tuluman's Landing. Just dps him down and hope no alliance pass you. Once he's dead return to the Stormspire and refresh your quest. Hop in the portal to Shattrath or fly (If you were unable to do the quest). Back in Shattrath refresh your quest at A'dal and head to your appropriate rise (Aldor or Scryer). Turn in etheir

Once thats done fly to Stonebreaker Hold and head southeast to Shadowmoon Valley.
