Scarlet Monastery: Graveyard Instance Guide

Scarlet Monastery is in Instance located in Tirisfal Glades. Scarlet Monastery, also known as SM has 4 wings. The Armory, Graveyard, Cathedral and Library. The Graveyard is the easiest where as Cathedral is the hardest. In order to enter the Cathedral and Armory you will need to grab the Scarlet Key which is located in a chest behind the final boss of SM Library.

The first boss you will encounter in SM Library is Houndmaster Loksey. This boss is technically optional, since he is out of the way and not required to be killed, but every group does him. SM Graveyard is the easiest of the 4 SM instances. This instance has 3 bosses. The two that all groups will kill are Vishas and Bloodmage Thalnos. However there is also a third boss, which is a very rare spawn. The Third boss can come in 3 different forms, Azshir the Sleepless, Fallen Champion and Ironspine. You won't get two bosses to spawn at the same time, however each of these bosses has a chance to spawn in this instance.

The first boss that you will encounter is Interrogator Vishas.

Interrogator Vishas is a very basic fight, he is also one of the only bosses in the game that is vulnerable to all forms of Crowd Control. He has roughly 5k HP, if you have some stuns, you could even solo this guy.

The next boss in line you'll encounter will etheir be Bloodmage Thalnos or an optional boss. The optional bosses are listed below in no particular order.

 

Azshir the Sleepless

Basic tank and spank, only thing special that he does is Drain Life.

Fallen Champion

Tank and spank. This is the most commonly spawning rare elite in SM Graveyard from my experience. I most commonly find him behind the Masoleum, heading down to Bloodmage Thalnos.

Ironspine

Has a Poison Cloud ability and will apply Curse of Weakness to someone in your party. Nothing to fear and aside from that he is a very basic tank and spank.

The next and final boss of SM Graveyard is Bloodmage Thalnos.

 

Bloodmage Thalnos

Bloodmage Thalnos is a fairly easy fight. The only ability you have to fear from him is his Fire Nova, which can do quite a bit of damage. He can be silenced and stunned though, making the fight a lot easier.
