When running Hellfire Ramparts the first boss you will encounter is Watchkeeper Gargolmar. Before engaging Watchkeeper Gargolmar be sure to clear the packs of adds in his patrol area, or you will get them too.

Watchkeeper

Watchkeeper Gargolmar patrols back and forth with two adds. These adds will heal him if they are not controlled or killed. So it's important you can your group does something with the adds quickly. As far as the Watchkeeper himself, all he does is a knockback.

Loot:
Scale Leggings of the Skirmisher
Light-Touched Breastplate
Pauldrons of Arcane Rage
Bracers of Finesse
Shadowrend Longblade

After yoy kill Watchkeeper Gargolmar the next boss you will come across will be Omor the Unscarred. Omor the Unscarred is noted as the final boss of the instance, since the real final boss Nazan is optional.

Omor the Unscarred

Omor the Unscarred is a fairly simple tank and spank fight. During the fight he will summon Felhounds that will use life drain on who ever they are targeting. Life drain will steal health from that target and give it to Omor. Also if they are around and mana users they will drain their mana as well. He will also apply a curse to a random person in the group. This curse will damage all other players around him, meaning he must move away from everyone else. The final thing the boss does is when he gets to roughly 20% HP he will Shield Wall.

Loot:
Heart Fire Warhammer
Garrote-String Necklace
Crystalfire Staff
Heartblood Prayer Beads
Bloodstained Ravager Gauntlets
Tenacious Defender

After Omor the Unscarred you have the two final bosses of the instance, Nazan and Vazruden. Be careful before you attack the last pack of mobs before leading to the platform they fly around. When the last orcs die, Nazan and Vazruden will agro you.

Nazan

As said earlier when you kill the final two mobs before Nazan and Vazruden you will start the encounter. When the encounter starts Nazan will drop off Vazruden. You will need to fight and kill Vazruden while Nazan flies around up ahead and shoots down fire bombs at the group. The fire bombs should be avoided, as for Vazruden he is a pretty basic tank and spank. After Vazruden dies Nazan will land and the second stage will begin.

During this stage you will have to fight Nazan. He is just as easy as Vazrudan, the only hard part is his fire breath that he uses on you and your group and the fact that you have to fight im after Vazrudan.
