Mekthorg the Wild

Mekthorg the Wild is a Fel Orc that wonders around Hellfire Penninsula. He has 3 different spawn locations, the one he most commonly spawns at is Zeth'Gor. His other two are the area down below Hellfire Citadel and the area a tad north of Hellfire Citadel. It's reccomended that you check all 3 every 10-15 minutes so you don't miss him.

Since Mekthorg is a Fel Orc and blends quite well with the other Fel Orcs I recommend you make a /target Mekthorg macro. Also since he has a chance to spawn in Zeth'Gor the best place to farm while waiting for him is Zeth'Gor.
