Chief Engineer Lorthander

Chief Engineer Lorthander is a Blood Elf that spawns in Netherstorm. He can spawn at 3 of the 5 Manaforges in Netherstorm, Coruu, Duro and Ara. The best place to hang out and farm for him (or wait) is at Manaforge Coruu. Here you will get the most un-interrupted farming out of all 3 of the forges. Every 10-15 minutes mount up and fly around with a macro set to /target Chief Engineer Lorthander .

Also, take note that at Manaforge Ara, he will ONLY spawn in the tunnel which is below the manaforge itself. If he is inside the tunnel you will be able to target him from Magister Theledorn whom is near the tunnel's entrance.
