Seething Hate

Seething Hate is a rare elite that can spawn in Grizzly Hills. If you've done the Vordrassil quests in Grizzly Hills then you already know all 3 areas. He can spawn both inside and outside of the cave and also seems to have no preference to which area he spawns. As with the other rare elites of Northrend, Seething Hate has a 3 - 6 hour respawn time. Checking each of his 3 spawning areas every 10 - 15 minutes is the smartest thing for you to do. Since you never do know when he will spawn.
