Steep Slope Sliders is a snowboarding video game released for the Sega Saturn in 1995 (and also as an arcade game in 1996). Developed by Cave and Telenet Japan for the Sega Saturn version, and published by Taito for the arcade version, Steep Slope Sliders offers an arcade-style snowboarding experience with fast-paced gameplay, challenging courses, and a variety of gameplay modes.
In Steep Slope Sliders, players can choose from a selection of characters, each with their own unique snowboarding skills and abilities, and compete in downhill races across different courses set in snowy mountains. The game features a combination of racing and tricks-based gameplay, allowing players to perform various stunts and tricks while navigating the slopes to gain speed and outmaneuver opponents.
Steep Slope Sliders offers multiple gameplay modes, including a championship mode where players can compete in a series of races and events to unlock new courses and characters, a time attack mode where players can challenge their best times, and a multiplayer mode for up to four players to compete against each other.
