Rogue Galaxy Quarry: The Rock N Roller
The closest save point to teleport to in order to reach this guy is Path to the Altar - The Crashed Cruiser. This guy is located in the same exact location you found the Freeze shot earlier in the game. This boss is just like the Tortoise mobs in game which means you need to power up to break its shield then you can damage it with normal attacks.
He's going to set you on fire quite a bit during the fight so be prepared for that! You shouldn't have any trouble defeating him.
The item required to call forth this mob is CO2 Powder. It is fairly common and can be purchased from most shops. Getting this item will be a piece of cake.
