Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja is a 2D side-scrolling platform game that was released in 1991 for the arcade, and later ported to various home consoles, including the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1992. The game was developed and published by Data East. The game follows the adventures of two cavemen named Joe and Mac as they journey through various prehistoric environments to rescue their tribe's women from an evil clan of Neanderthals. The gameplay consists of jumping, running, and fighting off enemies with a variety of prehistoric weapons such as clubs and boomerangs. Players can also ride on the backs of dinosaurs and utilize their unique abilities to progress through levels. Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja was praised for its colorful graphics, catchy music, and fun gameplay. It spawned several sequels, including Joe & Mac 2: Lost in the Tropics and Joe & Mac 3: Lost in Time.

Alternate Ending

When you see the name of Sound Creator Atomic Hanada during the ending credits, hold X + A + L + R shoulder buttons, and keep those buttons held to change the final cutscene of Joe and Mac being chased off the screen.
