Vorducken is one of the available Crew Challenges in The Blastplains on planet Gehenna which is part of the Bounty of Blood DLC for Borderlands 3. You'll find Vorducken not too far from the Vestige zone line in The Blastplains, just follow the path north from Vestige's zone line and you'll pretty much run right into Vorducken - he's not very hidden.

As far as loot goes, Satisfaction (Torgue RPG) is the only item on Vorducken's dedicated loot list but it is not unique to him.
