Rampage 2: Universal Tour is an action-packed arcade-style video game developed by Eurocom and published by Midway Games for the Nintendo 64. It was released in 1999. In the game, players control gigantic monsters as they rampage through cities, destroying buildings, and battling military forces.

The game features improved graphics and gameplay mechanics compared to its predecessor, offering new monsters to play as and additional levels to wreak havoc in. The game also includes multiplayer modes, allowing players to team up or compete against each other in chaotic monster mayhem.
