Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles CodeBreaker Codes (USA)

This page contains CodeBreaker cheat codes for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (USA). If you're playing on an emulator you can usually input codes very easily by accessing a tab off the top of the toolbar.
