D-Pad: Move Manny the Mammoth
A button: Jump
B button: Attack with trunk
L button: Call Sid the Sloth for help (must first find Sid in the level)
Start button: Pause the game

Note: Different controls may apply when playing as other characters, such as Diego or Scrat.
