Ethernere Essence Recipes for Tradeskills 300 - 350
Ethernere Essence was added in during the Call of the Forsaken expansion pack. It acts as the main Tradeskill item of that expansion and is used in many different recipes throughout almost all of the different Tradeskills. The item itself has a small chance of dropping (probably 5 - 10%) off almost any enemy that you defeat in a Call of the Forsaken zone.
Those of you out there who don't want to take my advice and would rather farm this item - I guess I would recommend you either do Neriak Fourth Gate (Neriak D) or you hunt just south of the camp you port in at from the Guild Hall in Ethernere: Western Karana.
