Vizier Albert - TBM Leveling Guide
The Vizier Albert camp in Sul Vius: Demiplane of Life is probably the easiest named camp throughout this entire expansion. Two of his spawn locations are heavily guarded by adds as they're literally inside the same building that you'll find Mayor Salvador West in.
One spawn of his though, the one we're going to be camping, is far to the north - actually outside of the building itself. None of the enemies in this area agro you on sight; although if you're fighting one of their friends they WILL agro you if they get too close to you.
Also there is only a single add that spawns next to the named/PH and most of the time that add is off patroling or doing something else. It's really easy to get nothing but single pulls from this entire location which is what makes it such a good spot to hunt for smaller/weaker groups!
Vizier Albert himself doesn't do anything all that special and aside from Glistening Oil (the aug worth farming him for) he doesn't really drop anything all that good either. His more common drop is a crappy 2H weapon which you can barely even give away.

In addition to the items listed above each named in TBM has a chance of dropping Raw Crypt-Hunter Gear which is used in making the group armor for the TBM expansion. The main difference with the TBM group armor though is it's useful to characters 75 - 105! Also, the named enemies of this expansion also have a chance of dropping Minor, Median, Lesser, Greater and Glowing Essences of Life. These are Spell Runes which will give you Rank 2 spells much like the Briny Essences of the TDS expansion.
