Remnants of the Darkseer - TBM Leveling Guide
The Remnants of the Darkseer is probably the most popular camp in all of TBM/definitely the most popular in Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay. You'll find this camp smack dab in the center of the zone - all the way down at the bottom near the well and even beneath the well too!
As aforementioned there are multiple spawn locations for Remnants of the Darkseer; you have the outside area near the well/waterfall which is what this guide covers and is shown in the picture below. You also have two more spawn locations which you can reach by opening up the well in the center of the zone.
The two locations below the well are a bit tougher so we're going to ignore them for the purposes of this guide - a group of 2 or 3 with mercs can easily handle the top area and you can even safely AFK and not worry about death from pathers if you camp inside my blue circle!
The Remnants of the Darkseer named doesn't do anything all that fancy, he'll be rather easy to execute for a group with even moderate DPS. The main reason this named is so popular is because it drops a Heroic Dexterity Aug which is fantastic for both Tanks and Melee. Additionally he also drops an earring which is always a pretty sought after slot for people.
In addition to the items listed above each named in TBM has a chance of dropping Raw Crypt-Hunter Gear which is used in making the group armor for the TBM expansion. The main difference with the TBM group armor though is it's useful to characters 75 - 105! If you'd like to read more about it I recommend you head over to my TBM Gearing Guide as it'll explain this in more detail.
Also, the named enemies of this expansion also have a chance of dropping Minor, Median, Lesser, Greater and Glowing Essences of Life. These are Spell Runes which will give you Rank 2 spells much like the Briny Essences of the TDS expansion.
- Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay can only be reached by using the Mirror Fragment of Anashti Sul while standing in Sul Vius: Demiplane of Life.
- Throughout this zone you'll get Chain, Cloth, Leather and Plate Scraps of Wither and Decay. These are NO DROP but they're used in crafting to make Ornaments which are tradeable and can be quite valuable depending on your server.
- All tier 1 TBM nameds have a rare chance of dropping Caravan Satchel, a 36 slot 100% Weight Reduction bag.
