The Devastation - Prophecy of Ro Guide

As you can see from the map above, The Devastation is an extremely big zone with multiple hunting opportunities depending on what class you are and whether or not you're in a group. One thing that's unique about this zone is that the enemies here all share a massive level spread. Larger than probably any other zone in the game, which makes this place a kind of annoying zone to level up in.

Almost every NPC here can be between the levels of 60 - 74 (Proof: Allakhazam NPC List for The Devastation). What this means is if you're someone who is soloing/duoing in this zone you're going to have to pick your pulls very carefully otherwise you'll pull an enemy too high level that'll just decimate you.

Now for the second downside, most of the enemies here that are spaced out and can be pulled as singles (Bolvirks), summon. There's other enemies here too like, a grunt, a headhunter, a champion, a shaman, a goblin, a barbarian etc etc. These enemies are commonly standing in small clusters, usually 4 - 8 and are usually lower level than the Bolvirks. Unlike the Bolvirks they don't see through invis, they don't summon and they're much... much weaker.

Another thing too is that there's more raid bosses in this zone than there are regular named enemies. That should give you some indication towards what this zone is designed to be (not so much a group friendly zone). If you do decide to hunt in this zone as a group, I recommend you stay around the outside of the zone or around Sverag in the central portion of the zone. The fields can be dangerous to anything less than a full group.
