How to make Fermented Yarrow

Fermented Yarrow is a rather easy item to make and is used in two different Brewing Recipes. In order to make this item you'll need to obtain a Water Flask as well as some Yarrow. Water Flasks are sold by hundreds of different merchants; Yarrow is purchased from many different Alchemy Supplies vendors throughout the game.
