This macro will shapeshift you out of any form you're in or stop whatever spell you're currently casting and then shapeshift you into Bear Form. Spamming this macro will not shapeshift you out of bear form, which makes it best utilized for tanks... Or anyone who just wants a macro that keeps you shapeshifted into that form if you spam it.

 

Shapeshift Out of All Forms & Into Cat

Or anyone who just wants a macro that keeps you shapeshifted into that form if you spam it.
