Wing Over developed by Victor Interactive Software and Beluga Computer, was published by JVC Digital Studios and released on October 15, 1997. Set in the 21st century, it offers players a flight simulator experience with aerial battles against competitors. Featuring four characters per team, the game includes tournament mode where players compete against 17 teams across twenty scenarios. With four game modes including Tournament, Free Game, Vs, and Survival Mode, players can buy new parts, upgrade their plane, purchase new aircraft, or hire additional pilots. The game combines 3D engine for plane combat and 2D cartoon graphics for shops and story elements.
