Thunder Storm LX-3 & Roadblaster is a PlayStation release that includes a double-set of Taito's anime-styled FMV (Full Motion Video) games. Developed by Data East Corporation and published by Ecseco Development Ltd., it was released on October 20, 1995.

This compilation features two games: Thunder Storm LX-3 (known outside Japan as Cobra Command ): A laserdisc arcade game where players pilot a helicopter through various missions, engaging in combat and rescuing hostages. Roadblaster : Another laserdisc arcade game where players drive a futuristic car through a post-apocalyptic landscape, pursuing and battling against enemies.
