Mission 1: Rescue The Downed G3 Officer - Medal of Honor Walkthrough
Medal of Honor is broken up into 7 different missions and each mission will have different levels, all of which take place on a different map with different objectives. There are 3 levels in total for Mission 1, as you could imagine for the first few levels of the game they're very linear and straight forward. Each level will introduce you to more and more mechanics to teach you how it all works.

Level 1: Find the Downed Plane
Objective 1: Recover Officer's Log
Objective 2: Find Plane
Objective 3: Head into Town
For the first level of this game you will be following a road through town. There will be a couple of side routes you find along the way but they will lead to items and dead ends or back to the primary road. Eventually you'll be lead to a destroyed town, enter a building and climb some stairs to fall down into a new area. There will be a small alcove that you need to crouch to reach (pictured below).
This is really the only part of the mission where you need to do some thinking. Once you get the Pilot Logbook it's another straight road to the plane. Destroy the plane and you'll get a third objective, to head into town which will complete the level.
Level 2: Search the Town
Objective 1: Destroy the Radio Transmitter
Objective 2: Take out at least 8 Gestapo Thugs
Objective 3: Find Maquis Hideout
You will find the Radio Transmitter at the start of the mission, it's inside of a building to the left just before the first turn of the mission. A picture of what you're looking for is shown below, it's easy to miss if you aren't careful and looking for the building.
As for the rest of the mission, it's pretty linear. When you reach the bridge you'll want to climb down a ladder right before crossing it and follow that new route until you reach a tank at the end of the road. Turn right at the tank and go into the alleyway, you'll find the Maquis Hideout and the end of the level.
Level 3: Sewer Chase
Objective 1: Acquire G3 Attache Case
Objective 2: Find Maquis Weapon Cache
Objective 3: Leave Sewer
Right at the start of the mission you'll find the G3 Attache Case on the ground by a dead soldier. This completes our first objective. We'll have a new enemy to deal with on this mission, dogs. They're released by many of the Gestapo officers and you can normally hear them coming, so it's best to wait for them to come around the corner to you.
You will find the second objective about half way through the level, keep an eye out for a broken window (pictured below). Shoot this when you see it and jump inside, collect the loot to complete Objective #2.
From here, continue along the linear path until you reach the end of the mission. You'll start to pass tubes that come out of the walls and go into the floors, this lets you know you're going the right way.
