Resident Evil 2 Unicorn Medallion & Spade Key

As Leon you find the Unicorn Medallion very early in the game ontop of Chris Redfields desk inside the STARS Office on the second floor of the Racoon City Police Station. This item is used in acquiring the Spade Key - to exchange it you will want to travel back to the first floor of the Police station and to the fountain in the main room.

Walk up to the fountain and you'll be able to insert the Unicorn Medallion in exchange for the Spade Key.
