Dark Reign - The Gilded Scroll

For this task you need to kill all of the mobs in the zone and loot their bodies. What you're looking for is a plain looking drop called 'Scroll' (a picture of this is shown below). Loot these Scrolls and give the game a few seconds to pop up an item on your cursor. The Scroll will change into a Parchment of a certain type. Unless you get super lucky you'll get a few different random types of Parchment before you get the one you need. You can toss these immediately as you get them, they're completely useless.

The one you're looking for and the one you want to get is called a Gilded Scroll of Earth Rending. This scroll will trigger the spawn of a Noble Kirin Scholar. He patrols around the outer area of the building you're in, in my experience he spawns around the mob you killed for the Gilded Scroll of Earth Rending. You'll want to kill the Noble Kirin Scholar and then return the Gilded Scroll of Earth Rending to Daleynn Spiritshadow to complete the task.
