Plane of Hate is one of the first raid zones that players will do in Classic EQ. This zone is filled with lower level monsters that can be defeated solo or with a small group, all of these monsters will drop Planar Gear (the first set of raid gear in Classic). Eventually, when Luclin is released the slightly tougher Dark Elf enemeis will begin to drop loot as well.
