Dammaz Skar PQ Farming

One of the many great places to farm as Order is the Dammaz Skar PQ in Black Crag. This Pq is home of level 40/41 orcs and goblins with an insane rate to drop goodies. The greenskins here are usually in packs of 2 or 3 making it so you don't even have to round them up to AoE farm them.

Black Crag Butchering

Black Crag has one of the best Butchering spots in the game, if not the best. Here you will find a TON of wolves with a very quick spawn retimer. Closer to the order town you can also find Boars, but they aren't nearly as common as the wolves. Also since you're so close to town, the threat of attack is minimal.
