The Cornered Man - Act 1 Side Quest

Start Location: Laconia Woods
Quest Location: Laconia Woods
Objective: Defeat the enemies attacking Lycus then speak with him

The Cornered Man is the second side quest that you come across in Greece after leaving the village of Helios. You'll find this quest in the northeastern portion of Laconia Woods; there will be a man by the name of Lycus who is surrounded by enemies when you find him. Defeat all of the enemies around him and then speak with him to accept/turn in this quest.
