Not Playing With A Full Deck is a side quest that begins by speaking with Katriana in Hilltop - East and offering to help her. Katriana is the leader of the Halfling Caravan which is found in the central part of the map. Look for the Trader Caravans map marker for the exact location.

For this quest you're tasked with locating a deck of cards which can be found in a building to the north of the Halfling Caravan.
