Halloween Crafting Guide

This page covers all of the different things you can make through crafting for the Halloween Event. Most of the recipes are purchased around Lion's Arch with Karma (look for Candy Corn icons on the minimap for a location of the NPCs) the other recipes, more rare ones at that, can be found inside the Trick-or-Treat bags.
