Nileno Dorvayn House Hlaalu Balmora Quests
Nileno Dorvayn is the quest giver for House Hlaalu located in the Hlaalu Council Manor in Balmora. This is typically the first person you'll do quests from when you're a new member of House Hlaalu since none of the quests she offers have any rank requirements.
Nileno Dorvayn Quest #1 - Disguise
Our first quest from Nileno Dorvayn requires us to head to Ald'ruhn and into the large building at the northern end of town (marked Ald-ruhn Manor District). This large building is actually a crab shell and every store/residence inside of it is "under Skar". Locate the Redoran Council Hall at the northern most end of the Manor District, inside you'll want to speak with Neminda who is in the same room we enter into -- just a tad bit north.
Nileno Dorvayn Quest #2 - Alchemical Formula
For this next quest you'll need to travel to Vivec's Foreign Quarter - Lower Waistworks and into Aurane Frernis' Apothecary shop to steal a recipe scroll. You can find 3 recipe scrolls in this room, one is pick-pocketed from Aurane, another is in the locked chest with a lock level of 40 and the last is on the table.
The scroll on the table is the easiest to grab, you can turn Aurane away and grab it with Sneak or use Chameleon and grab it. Alternatively if you have none of these you can always grab the scroll and immediately leave the room then drop it on the floor before the guards intercept you. Then pick up the scroll again after you pay your bounty.
Nileno Dorvayn Quest #3 - Inanius Egg Mine
Take a Silt Strider to Suran and go out the southern exit of town. Loop back around the mountain and you'll find the Inanius Egg Mine - kill the Kwama Queen inside.
Nileno Dorvayn Quest #4 - Guar Hide Squeeze
You'll find Rolasa Oren in the Upper Waistworks of the Foreign Quarter - take the Mage Guild Guide to Vivec and then head downstairs (from outside). Rolasa will be running a small stall in Upper Waistworks - you will likely have to raise her disposition towards you by bribing her or admiring her before she will agree to buy your Guar Hides.
Nileno Dorvayn Quest #5 - Delivery for Bivale Teneran
This quest takes us back to Ald'ruhn to another place "under Skar" (meaning inside the large northern most building in Ald'ruhn). Bivale Teneran's shop is along the bottom of the crab shell connected to the middle colum. It's actually quite difficult to miss. Go inside and hand her the scroll then report back to Nileno to complete the quest.
Nileno Dorvayn Quest #6 - The Death of Ralen Hlaalo
After you've accepted this quest head over to Hlaalo Manor which is a tad bit northeast of the Hlaalu Council Manor and speak with Uryne Nirith inside on the 2nd floor. She'll tell you that the murder is a Dunmer with red spikey hair, Bonemold Armour and a Dwarven War Axe. You'll find this Dunmer at the Balmora Council Club going by the name Thanelen Velas.
Thanelen Velas will have to be provoked into a fight using Frenzy Humanoid or Taunt - unless you want a bounty.
Nileno Dorvayn Quest #7 - Epony Trade
For the final quest from Nileno Dorvayn you'll have two objectives but technically you only need to complete one. It's recommended that you do both tasks in this quest since you get +1 Reputation point for both of them along with 3 pieces of Glass Armor... and I don't mean Reputation with House Hlaalu but Reputation with a capital R, the one your character sheet shows for your overall fame in Morrowind.
Canctunian Ponius: East Empire Company Hall near the Ebonheart Docks. He's found in one of the back rooms - raise his disposition to 75+ and he'll agree to sign the contract for another year.
Shut Down Sudanit Mine: Found to the southeast of Ald'ruhn, find and kill Darns Tedalen inside the mine. You will need to Taunt him to attack you or use Frenzy Humanoid otherwise you'll agro all the guards in the area. Use my map screenshot below if you need help locating this mine.
