Mentor's Ring is a powerful Ring Artifact which gives you +10 Intelligence and +10 Willpower so long as you have it equipped. This ring is usually one of the first Artifacts new players will pick up in Morrowind due to the fact that the Samarys Ancestral Tomb is so close to Seyda Neen.

To locate Mentor's Ring you'll first want to travel to Seyda Neen. From here you'll want to go northwest until you reach the Samarys Ancestral Tomb (pictured below). The inside of the tomb is quite small and easy to navigate; you'll find the ring we're looking for inside of the Urn labeled "Lord Brinne" which is found in the back of the tomb.
