Besfer Refugee Camp Quests - Level 40

When you hit level 40 there will be two quests for you in Besfer Refugee Camp. These two quests are "Crisis of Reyrinirerk" and "A Procession of the Dead". The first quest you will want to do is "Crisis of Reyrinirerk". Head north of Besfer Refugee Camp to Anair Icelake. Here you will want to kill Ice Ribbits, Ice Lake Spirits and Ice Lake Crasaurs for Ice Crystals.

Easiest creatures to grind for these are the Ice Lake Crasaurs and Ice Spirits. They can be found just north of Besfer Refugee Camp. Take a look at where I am on the map for the exact location. The Red is where the Ice Lake Spirits can be found and the Blue is where you can find the Crasaurs.

After you get all 30 Ice Quartz you will want to head south to The Whispering Forest. Here you will want to kill the following mobs: 7 Friar Lich, 3 Graveyard Knight and 5 Lament Obscura. All 3 of these mobs can be found in The Whispering Forest. To give a better idea of their locations take a look at my map below.

If you're having a hard time finding the 3 mobs you need to kill they can be found through the gate heading south and up the path. Once you complete this quest you will want to head north to the large tower. Here you will find Valconor.

You will want to talk to Valconor and turn in your quest. After you've turned in your quest you will want to accept his other two quests "Brilliant Kernel of the Night" and "Wandering Souls". For Wondering Souls you will want to kill 10 Anair Spiritmages and 16 Anair Spiritwarriors. Both of these mobs can be found in this area.

After you complete your quest you will want to return to Valconor and turn in your quest. From here you will want to return to the Ice Spirits far northwest. Here you will want to kill the Frostmist Spirits for 4 Flickering Elemental Stone. Once you have all 4 of the Flickering Elemental Stones you will want to return to Valconor.

Back at Valconor you will want to turn in your quest. After you've turned in your quest you will want to return to town and turn in both of your quests. That's it for the quests at level 40 in Besfer Ghost Village.
