The Asmodians

The Asmodians are one of the two playable factions in the game. The Asmodians hate the Elyos since the Elyos blame them for the destruction of the Tower of Eternity. The main capital of the Asmodian race is Pandaemonium. Pandaemonium is located in the upper half of Atreia, which is the world in Aion.

Since the upper half of the world is Icy and the landscape is much more rough and rugged the Elyos are said to be a darker race with a more pale skin then the Elyos. The Asmodians Worship the Shedim Lords, the five Empyrean Lords ordered by Siel and Israphel to protect the upper foundation of the Tower of Eternity.
