The Shining Vortex's in Beluslan can be found along the outside of town, unlike the other Vortexs in Morheim and Altgard that are right above town. This will greatly decrease the competition when trying to find the Shining Vortexs. Below is a map of where you can find all of the Shining Vortexs that take 200 skill to gather from.

There are quite a few areas where you can harvest a vortex, go afk for 1-2 minutes and then come back and harvest one right next to it. After you do that, go afk again and when you come back the first one will be up.

As for 225 skill Vortexs they are much harder to come by. A lot of these vortexs are dramatically spread out and very high up in the air. If you have plenty of time to go AFK and do stuff around the house, my favorite one to farm is the one right about the "L" in "BelusLan".
